AN IMMERSION INTO THE WORLD OF GRAPES AND WINE
PROGRAM
Experience an exclusive technical tour and discover in depth the universe of wine and sparkling wine production and tasting. Over approximately 3 hours, you will be guided by a Casa Valduga winemaker through a journey that reveals each stage of the production process — from vinification to aging — with technical explanations and practical examples. The tour also includes a visit to the vineyard, offering a complete experience from grape to wine. (Except on rainy days.) In the second part, the wine tasting course takes place, where different styles and stages of wine evolution are presented: • Wines in production, representing distinct stages of the process. • Matured wines ready for consumption, including a white wine, sparkling wines with different autolysis periods, and a red wine. At the end of the experience, each participant receives a certificate of participation and an exclusive crystal glass engraved with the Casa Valduga brand. 🍷

Important Information:
• Responsible specialist: winemaker.
• The temperature inside the winery is around 15°C (59°F) — we recommend bringing a light jacket.
• The experience starts promptly at the scheduled time; entry is not permitted after it begins.
• During the route, there are flights of stairs.
• Participation is not permitted for individuals under 18 years of age.
• Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs with updated documentation.
• Comfortable clothing is recommended.
• Appropriate footwear for outdoor activities is recommended.
